Reformer Pilates 44mins (6600) + biking to and from work 1h11mins (10650) + 9649 steps of walking = 26899 total!

Pilates (6450) + bike to work (14 mins is 2100) + 4959 steps = 13509 total!

Day 12 = 18024 steps

Thursday 12th Sep
Cycled to and from work (12+47 mins = 8850 steps) + 9174 steps = total 18024 steps!

Day 11 = 20017 steps

Pilates 43mins (6450) + biking for 16mins (2400) + biking home for 49mins (7350) + 3817 steps = 20017!

Day 10 = 10364 steps

Wednesday 11th Sep
Was still feeling sick but walked the dog twice for 10364 steps. Skipped Pilates and biking.

Day 9 = 16696 steps

Monday 9th Sep
Went to Pilates in the morning (42 mins = 6300 steps) but felt sick most of the day so I slept heaps. I still had to walk my dog and go to a medical appointment so my steps were 10396 = total 16696.

Day 8 = 13251 steps

Sunday 8th Sep
Rest day today, no biking or Pilates, just walked 13251 steps!

Day 7 = 31351 steps

Saturday 7th Sep
Reformer Pilates (6300) + 25051 steps walking my dog and around the lake = total 31351!

Day 6 = 42324 steps

Friday 6th Sep
40mins of reformer Pilates (6000) + biking to & from work & to civic (2h13 = 19800) + 16524 steps walking at lunch, walking my dog, and around civic = 42324 total!

Day 5 = 34749 steps

Thursday 5th Sep
6am reformer Pilates (6450) + bike to work (1650) + long bike home (7800) + walking at lunch and in the evening (18849) = total 34749!

Day 4 = 24912 steps

Wednesday 4th Sep
Biked to and from work (8250 steps) + walked at lunch and around my neighbourhood with my dog (16662) = 24912 total!

Day 3 = 21108 steps

Tuesday 3rd Sep
12258 steps + 59 mins of biking (8850 steps) = 21108!

Day 2 = 16120 steps

Tuesday 3rd Sep
Walked my dog and walked around the parliamentary triangle

Day 1 = 20265 steps

Monday 2nd Sep
Lots of walking and I spent an hour at club lime with a friend (excluding warmup and cool-down was 30 mins of weights) 4500 + 15765 = 20265!

I'm STEPing up this September to fundraise to support Cerebral Palsy Alliance in their mission to help people with cerebral palsy live their best lives.
