STEPtember 24

For people with Cerebral Palsy

Hello,

Welcome to my Steptember page.

I joined the challenge and that is where will be reflected my daily progress to support research, treatment, services to help people with cerebral palsy.

Please help me support this cause, by joining the challenge and STEPtembering'up with me, or by helping me reaching my fundraising goal with a kind donation.

Thanks in advance, and have a great day!

Updates

Half-way there... and in track! :)

Thursday 19th Sep
15th meant we are halfway through the Step'tember challenge. On that day I was:
- 66% though my Step goal
(now even 79% on 18th Sept, which is my name day :))
- 70% through my Fundraising goal

Getting there!! A step'tember at a time! thanks for your support!

Progress update

Thursday 12th Sep
Not too bad for now!
I added a 40min dog walk on morning whenever I can, that increased my usual daily steps by about 3000! Getting there, a step at a time :)

225,000 steps by 1st Oct.

Friday 30th Aug
May not be easy for me to reach daily step goal consistently, *but* I will do my best against an averaged out monthly goal of...(7,500 steps x 30days)... 225,000 steps, to be reached by 1st Oct ;)

Why STEPtember is important to me

Every 20 hours, an Australian child is diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

I'm STEPing up this September to fundraise to support Cerebral Palsy Alliance in their mission to help people with cerebral palsy live their best lives.

STEPtember participants are passionate about being healthy, building a more inclusive world and making a life-changing impact for people with cerebral palsy.

Will you STEP up with me for cerebral palsy?
