Morning all, what a journey it’s been 💙❤️ I loved it

I wish September could go forever 💙, but only 2 days left, I’m sorry to say

 Thank you all very much for all your help, We know that every dollar helps the CPA in their daily operations to help these incredible human beings that have this insidious disease.  I always say to my work colleagues and friends that if you think you are having a shocker of a day, there are people in this world that are having a hell of a much worse day than you.

You should count your blessings every day in this life we are living 🩵💙

On that note, all my love 😍 to you all

I’ve just done 6 km on the Rowing Machine up here at Fitness First Top Ryde, feels good !!  Let’s all get out there and get some activity and fundraising under our belts regardless of the wind 💨

Every 20 hours, an Australian child is diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

I'm STEPing up this September to fundraise to support Cerebral Palsy Alliance in their mission to help people with cerebral palsy live their best lives.

STEPtember participants are passionate about being healthy, building a more inclusive world and making a life-changing impact for people with cerebral palsy.
